Fix It Fleet LLC Service Policy
1. Service & Travel
We perform mobile repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance at your location. Travel time is measured via Google Maps (standard route) from 823 Ashbourne Ct, Greenwood, IN 46142.

Any extra trips needed to complete the service are $25 each – customers must OK by text/email first. The workspace must be flat, clear, and well-lit. Customers warrant compliance with local ordinances (e.g., no HOA restrictions).
The Vehicle must be ready on site: Car + keys on time, or $80 no-show fee.
People and pets must remain secured at least 10 feet away at all times. Customers cover any harm they cause. We are not responsible for personal injury or property damage. We can decline service at any time if the work environment is unsafe.
2. Payment
We charge by a flat rate, quoted before service with transparent pricing with any changes communicated throughout the service.
Quote: Estimate only. We will stop work if costs are 10% higher or more than previously quoted and will communicate with customers the increase of costs, and will only resume work if customers approve of the new estimate via text/email/signature. Deposit: 50 % (non-refundable) on jobs >$500.
Payments: Cash, credit, debit, or cash payment apps immediately after service is complete.
Late Fees: 1.5 %/month interest after 30 days + collections + lien (IN Code § 9-22-1).
3. Parts
If customers use the parts we purchased: Sourced from licensed suppliers. Warranty applies.
If customers supply parts: No labor warranty, No Parts Warranty – customers take all the risk.
4. Warranty
Labor: 30 days from invoice. Parts: 30 days or maker’s – whichever longer.
Warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials only. Warranty does NOT cover normal wear, misuse, racing, unrelated failures, customer-supplied parts, acts of God.
Claim: Call/text 317-593-4660 or tschmucker@fixitfleetllc.com within 30 days. Fix/replace at our call – free labor, customer pay shipping.
5. Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, unrelated issues, or consequential damages (e.g., accidents, lost time).
Max payout: The amount customers paid for the service.
NOTE: Customers must test-drive or inspect the vehicle within 24 hours and report any issues immediately. Call/text 317-593-4660 or tschmucker@fixitfleetllc.com to report any issues.
6. Cancel / Refund
Customers must cancel or reschedule their appointment no less than 24 hours before their upcoming appointment in order to avoid a Late Cancellation fee of $80. Customers must make sure the vehicle AND key is on site and accessible at time of the appointment or will be subject to a No Show Fee of $80.
If Fix It Fleet LLC cancels or reschedules your appointment due to weather, supply issues, illness, or uncontrollable events, no fee will be applied.
Deposits are creditable toward future service within 90 days. Completed work is non-refundable.
7. Texts & Data
If you select “yes” on our Service Form at https://forms.gle/2txmmkVj9t974Vfm8, this authorizes SMS updates.
We keep: Name, phone, email, address, and car information.
Your information is used strictly for service delivery. The retention period is 7 years after last contact.

8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to weather, supply shortages, illness, or events beyond our control.
9. Disputes Resolution
Disputes are first addressed through good-faith discussion. Unresolved claims proceed to Indiana small-claims court. Governing Law - The Law of the State of Indiana.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling service (via phone, form, text, or signature), you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.
Texting “AGREE,” checking a box, or signing digitally is legally binding. These Terms and any signed work order constitute the entire agreement.
11. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in full effect.
Entire Agreement: No verbal promises or side agreements apply.

Data Sharing
Customer data is only used to provide and support our SMS services. It is not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the service.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
We do not transfer or share consumer data with any external organizations under any circumstances, including with consumer consent.
Messaging Terms and Conditions
We send standard notifications about upcoming service appointments and completion of services. Customers can look to receive a confirmation text message once the appointment has been scheduled, a 24 hour reminder of the appointment, and a message confirming completion of service. This insures customers are informed of upcoming services and completion of services.
