Data Sharing

Customer data is only used to provide and support our SMS services. It is not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the service.

• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

  • We do not transfer or share consumer data with any external organizations under any circumstances, including with consumer consent.

Messaging Terms and Conditions

We send standard notifications about upcoming service appointments and completion of services. Customers can look to receive a confirmation text message once the appointment has been scheduled, a 24 hour reminder of the appointment, and a message confirming completion of service. Customers can expect 3-4 messages per service from Fix It Fleet LLC. This insures customers are informed of upcoming services and completion of services. 

• By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Fix It Fleet LLC, from 317-593-4660 regarding appointment confirmations, service updates, and reminders related to your vehicle service request.. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe to future notifications at any time or reply HELP for assistance. Contacts opt in on Service Request Form by checking a box to agree to receive messages. Message types, frequency and rates, as well help and opt-out instructions are disclosed. We confirm that no mobile opt-in info is shared with 3rd parties, and provide links to our privacy policy and terms and conditions.
